A society can submit its application for use / change of symbol via ROS eServices. A society will have an option to replace an existing symbol or add a new one. The President and Secretary are required to verify and submit the application online. The new proposed symbol should be attached in jpg format. The file size of each attachment should not exceed 5Mb.
