Upon successful payment, you will be shown the receipt for the payment and a web link to download the documents you have purchased. This web link will only be available for 7 days from the time of purchase in the "Document Purchased" tab on the dashboard after you have login to ROS eServices via Singpass. The receipt and web link will also be emailed to you.
