Music, Performing Arts (PA) and Visual Arts are talent areas under RI's DSA-Sec Performing Arts & Visual Arts domain. Their differences are as follows:

  • For Music, successful applicants are required to join the Music Elective Programme (MEP). There is no requirement to join a music-related CCA.

  • For Visual Arts, successful applicants are required to join the RI-Art Elective Programme (RI-AEP). There is no requirement to join a related CCA.

  • For Performing Arts, successful applicants are required to join the CCA of the talent area which they have been accepted in from Year 1-4. The PA CCAs are Chinese Orchestra, Choir, Concert Band, and String Ensemble.
