Yes, all applicants who are offered a DSA Confirmed Offer or Wait List are still required to sit for the PSLE. To join RI, MOE requires DSA applicants to do well enough in the exam to qualify for the Posting Group 3 (currently set at Achievement Level total of 20 points).

Besides qualifying you for the Posting Group 3, the PSLE results will also determine your eligibility for the ESIS (Edusave Scholarships for Independent Schools). Doing well in your PSLE also ensures that you have a higher chance of adjusting quickly to the rigour of the Raffles Programme curriculum.
