Do monthly concession pass holders enjoy a discount off their pass price if they use it to travel during the morning pre-peak?
Lower morning pre-peak rail fares only apply to commuters paying card fares. There is no change in price to the monthly concession pass, which allows the pass user to enjoy unlimited travel throughout the day.
