What development programmes are there for PSC scholarship holders during their studies?

Updated by PSC

PSC scholarship holders are supported from the point they are awarded the scholarship, with development programmes that help prepare them for a career in the Public Service.

During their scholarship journey, they will participate in milestone programmes such as the Preparatory Course before the start of undergraduate studies, and the PSC Scholarship Holders’ Mid-Course Programme (PSMP) midway through their undergraduate studies. These programmes help scholarship holders understand the work and values of the Public Service, reflect on their role as future public officers, and gain exposure through learning opportunities, agency engagements and internships.

Scholarship holders may also have opportunities to participate in other developmental programmes, such as the Gap Year Programme and, where applicable, the Public Service Leadership Programme (PSLP), as part of their broader development journey.

More details can be found on the Development Programmes section under the PSC Scholarship page.
