Only Singapore Citizens may apply for the PSC Scholarships.

If you are a Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR), you may wish to consider applying for the Ministry and Statutory Board Scholarship through either the PSC Gateway Portal or the respective Ministry and Statutory Board websites.
