What is the National Digital Literacy Programme (NDLP)?

Updated by PRSS

MOE launched the NDLP in 2020 for all Secondary Schools to help students strengthen their digital literacy and enable them to acquire the digital skills required to navigate an increasingly digitalised world. Under this programme, every secondary school student will purchase his/her own Personal Learning Device (PLD) which is used in tandem with the SLS and other educational technology to personalise and enhance learning. In addition, rapid adoption of education technology by students and teachers has enabled Blended Learning to become a regular feature of school life with fortnightly Blended Learning Days and Student-initiated Learning (SIL) activities supported by the PLD.
