You may wish to visit HDB portal at https://services2.hdb.gov.sg/web/bp28/TimeLine/my-flat-dashboard to retrieve documents for Yet-To-Be-Ready HDB flats. The documents can then be submitted to the school via email at peps@schools.gov.sg.
