Same Mother Different sister apply for P1 phase?

I want to ask if mother is same and father is different but the sister used to be in the princess elizabeth primary school which phase can i apply?

Your child will be eligible for Phase 2A as your child’s older sibling is a former student of Princess Elizabeth Primary School.
