Motorists with Class 1 Disability Decals can park in the handicap parking lot for any duration. Free parking is only for the first 60 minutes, and subsequent hours are subject to prevailing parking charges. To utilise this benefit, start your parking session on the Parking.SG app after the first hour has elapsed.

Motorists with Class 2 Disability Decals are allowed to park in the handicap parking lot for up to 60 minutes, subject to prevailing parking charges. After 60 minutes, motorists must shift the vehicle to regular parking lot.

This arrangement works for both HDB and URA car parks.
