What should I do if the app freezes and I can't start a new parking session?

If your Parking.sg app freezes or crashes, try fully closing the app and relaunching it. For Android: 1. Go to your home screen 2. Tap the square icon at the bottom of the screen 3. Tap the Bin icon at the bottom to close all apps or swipe up on the Parking.sg app For iPhone: 1. Go to your home screen 2. Swipe through your open apps 3. Find the Parking.sg app by swiping left or right 4. Swipe up on the app to close it 5. Tap the display to return to the home screen Make sure your phone's operating system and Parking.sg app are up-to-date to minimize app freezes and crashes. If the issue persists, consider deleting and reinstalling the app.
