My records show that I need to pay $3.60 for parking at Chinatown area on 3rd May, but $4.20 was deducted from my account on 6th May. May I know why?

If you received a higher charge than expected for your parking, this is just the app's batching process. The app batches multiple past parking sessions into a single card statement to reduce clutter on your statements. Sessions will be batched every $5 or 2 days, whichever comes first. So, it's possible that you were charged for multiple sessions on a single day.

To review your parking history and see the details of your charges, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Parking.sg app and go to the "History" page.

  2. Click on the "BILL" tab to view your bills.

  3. Look for the specific bill ID that corresponds to the charge on your credit card statement.

  4. You may find that some bill IDs contain only one session, whereas others are a combination of two or more sessions. If you're still unsure about your charges, you can contact the Parking.sg support team for further assistance.

However, if you still feel that the charges are wrong, please email feedback@parking.sg with the following details:

  1. Picture of your card statement (please exclude sensitive information)

  2. Screenshot of your history in the parking app

  3. Vehicle number
