Why am I unable to share both PG post details and attachments with one click on my android phone?

For post with attachment, you are able to share the complete post with attachment through email with one click. However, due to the various apps' (e.g. WhatsApp/Telegram etc.) limitation on Android, you will have to share the details of the post and the attachment separately.
