I am helping my elderly parent or family member manage their PAssion Silver Concession Card. Do I need to do anything in response to this change?

If your family member’s existing PAssion Silver Concession Card is still valid, there is no action required. Should a replacement be needed before the card’s expiry date (e.g. the card is lost), the current replacement procedure and fees still apply.
