If your existing PAssion Silver Concession card is still valid, you may use your card until its expiry date. Upon card expiry, a new replacement card displaying your full NRIC number will be issued to you at no cost.

However, if you wish to request for a new card to display your full NRIC number prior to your existing card’s expiry, this will be treated as a card replacement request. The applicable charges of $5.00 for the replacement card and $3.10 personalisation fee will apply. Please visit any SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centre (TSC) to process the replacement. Kindly bring along your existing concession card, which will be retained by the Customer Service Officer during the replacement process.
