When will PAssion Silver Concession Cards start to be printed with the full NRIC?

Updated by PA

PAssion Silver Concession Cards will start to be printed with the full NRIC with effect from 30 September 2026. If your PAssion Silver Concession card is issued or replaced on/after this date, it will reflect your full NRIC. If you are an existing PAssion Silver Concession Card holder, no action is required – your card remains valid for use until its expiry date.
