For PAssion Silver Concession Card matters, you can contact SimplyGo Hotline at 1800-2255-663. For PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) matters, you can contact PA Contact Centre at 6225 5322. Both hotlines operate daily, except Public Holidays, from 8am to 6pm.
