No. Please re-apply as follows:
For Auto Top-Up by Bank GIRO (for POSB or DBS bank account), you may apply and link your new PAssion Silver Concession Card instantaneously at any General Ticketing Machine.
For Auto Top-Up by Credit Card, please apply via EZL's Mobile app.
If you have received your new PAssion Silver Concession card, you will need to apply and link your new card on the Simply Go app. However, if you are unable to see your new card in the app, it could be that your previous card has not been terminated in the app and you may contact Simply Go Hotline – (1800-2255-663) provide your CAN ID to check if the previous card is still active in the system, have it terminated and then link the new card.
