For Singaporeans turning 60 years old, you will receive an invitation pack one month before your 60th birthday. You can submit your application online via the SimplyGo website, via the SimplyGo app (Download links for: Apple App Store  | Google Play), at SimplyGo Ticket Offices or at SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centres.

You can expect to receive the PAssion Silver Concession Card in approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the date of application. If your application is not received by the deadline indicated, a PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) will be issued and mailed to you instead.
