Can I still enjoy the privileges of an NLB partner member if I use other forms of identification besides the PAssion card?

Yes, you will still enjoy the same privileges but the identification that you use must be a library compliant card (e.g. NRIC / Passport / Senior or Student ez-link / SAF11B/ Driver's license / NTUC Link).
