Do I need to pay for the NLB partner membership? How do I sign up for the NLB partner membership?

NLB partner membership is free of charge for all Singaporean/Singapore PR PAssion Members. To PAssion Members are eligible to upgrade their your existing library membership after a valid please login here. For PAssion Members who are non-library members, you may login with your Singpass at the NLB membership registration page to register for the NLB Partner membership.
