What is this NLB and PAssion card tie-up about?

From 1 January 2020, all PAssion Cardholders (restricted to that are Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only) are extended the NLB Partner Membership which entitles them to borrow up to 24 library items with no additional fees or charges. The expiry date of the NLB Partner Membership will correspond to the expiry date of the PAssion Card membership.
