(I) PHYSICAL EZ-LINK CARD

Your PAssion e-Card will be reflected in e-Card module within 3 working/business days. Depending on the mode (online or over-the-counter) of sign-up and membership type (PAssion Card/ PAssion Co-Brand Card/ PAssion POSB Debit Card/ PAssion Silver Concession Card etc), the 16-digit CAN number may take up to a few more working days to be reflected in the e-Card module.

If you have signed up via MyPAssion app, you may access your PAssion e-Card by logging into MyPAssion app with your Singpass 30 minutes after your registration.

(II) PASSION E-MEMBERSHIP

You may access your PAssion e-Card in the e-Card module in 15 - 30 minutes after your successful registration in MyPAssion app. If you are unable to view your PAssion e-Card, log out of your profile and log in again with your Singpass.
