Similar to other vouchers like supermarket vouchers, there will be no change provided if the purchase amount is less than the vouchers used.

For example, if the cost of item is $6:

Value of Vouchers Used (in $2, $5 and $10 denominations for heartland merchant purchases)	Unused amount/value
$7.00	No refund will be issued by merchant.
$5.00	Resident to top-up the difference of $1.00 using cash
