I have previously submitted my marriage certificate to another government agency. Why must I submit it again?
Government agencies share personal data strictly on a need-to-know basis, which means one agency may still require you to submit the same or additional documents to complete a transaction. If your marriage is not recorded in MSF/ROM records, we may also require additional documentation to verify and process your application.
