If you have made extra payment due to a technical issue on the ‘Our Marriage Journey’ website, please write to us using this form the following information. ROM will match the records and process the refund accordingly.     

  • Name    

  • NRIC or passport number    

  • Transaction date and time    

  • Reference number    

  • Amount paid    

  • Merchant reference code
