If the parents of the minor can't speak any of the local languages, will the Registry of Marriages (ROM) provide an interpreter?

If the parents of minors getting married are not able to speak any of the local languages, they may approach the respective embassy in Singapore to engage a certified interpreter. The Registry of Marriages (ROM) will not be providing an interpreter.
