How do I apply for a marriage if my spouse or I am myself is a foreigner or work permit holder?

If you or your spouse-to-be is a work permit holder or ex-work permit holder (including Training Work Permit Holder), you are advised to obtain prior approval to marry from the Controller of Work Permits, Ministry of Manpower (MOM), before you apply for marriage. The Registry of Muslim Marriages shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from your failure to do so. For further enquiries, please contact the Work Permit Office as stated below.
