You may submit an application to change one or more of the following only:

• Date of solemnisation*

• Time of solemnisation

• Witness(es)

• Venue of solemnisation

• Kadi/Naib Kadi

• Marriage Expenses (Hantaran)

• Mas Kahwin (Mahar)

*Changing date of solemnisation - Change of date is allowed subject to the new date being within 21 to 150 days from the date of marriage application. If it is beyond the time frame stated above, you will need to submit a new application for marriage and go through the entire marriage process. For changes beyond the items listed above, e.g. changes to wali's details, you need to come personally to the ROMM at least 2 weeks before your date of solemnisation. Changes can only be made during the following hours: Mondays to Thursdays 8.30 am - 4.30 pm Fridays 8.30 am - 11.30 am 2.30 pm - 4.30 pm
