You can search for a person's marriage record online at https://www.marriage.gov.sg/muslim/marriage-records/search-marriage-records for marriages after on or after March 1969. For marriages registered prior to 1 March 1969, you need to come down to ROMM to apply for a Manual Search of Marriage Records. A fee of S$50.00 is payable for each manual search request.

This service provides the applicant with the results of a search for a marriage registered with the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) Singapore. This service is not intended for the purpose of determining the legal capacity to marry of any individual in Singapore or elsewhere. If the marriage record that you are searching for registered before 1 March 1969, please come to ROMM for application of manual search. Manual search will take approximately 3 months.
