The LOR will be issued on the day of application, subject to the application fulfilling all the required conditions as stipulated by the ROMM. You can make an appointment for your LOR application by calling ROMM Call Centre at 6337 0207. LOR appointments are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays afternoon from 2:00pm - 3:45pm.
