A standard fee of S$40.00 is payable before each application for a Duplicate Certificate is made. This fee is payable regardless of whether a mistake was made in entering the search information and all payments made are non-refundable. ROMM accepts only payments made via eNets Credit (VISA or Mastercard). For payments made at the Internet self-help kiosks, ROMM also accepts payment by NETS.
