Why am I not eligible to declare online?

To qualify for online declaration, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Groom, bride and wali must be Singapore Citizen or PR with valid Singpass;

  • First marriage for groom and bride, and both must be above 21 years old;

  • Wali must be biological father and present during solemnisation and

  • Wali must consent to the the solemnisation
