You can apply for your duplicate copy of marriage certificate at the following website - OMJ | Duplicate of certificate. You will receive a digital certificate of marriage via your email address provided at the point of application. Hardcopy will no longer be issued. The criteria for to apply for a duplicate copy of marriage certificate are as follows:

• Solemnised at least 14 days before the date of your search

• Registered in Singapore

• Solemnised on or after March 1969

A non-refundable fee of S$40 is applicable for a duplicate certificate of marriage. Payment may be made via credit card (online payment) or NETS (e-kiosk payment).

For marriages solemnised before March 1969, please make an in-person enquiry at ROMM’s office.
