If this is my final term of Provisional registration, could I extend or renew?
No, once your current (final) registration has expired and you did not submit any logbook, you will not be able to extend or renew your registration.
If you have submitted a logbook and are waiting for the results, you would not be able to practise after your registration expired. You would be advised on the next course of action on release of logbook outcome.
