I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
For Temporary User or Non-Singpass User
If you have not logged in for more than 3 months, your account will be inactivated. You may click ‘reset password’ to request for a set of new password to be sent to you via email.
Please note that the account will be locked after five attempts. Contact us via email at OOB@spb.gov.sg for further assistance.
For Singpass User
If you have not logged in for more than 3 months, your account will be inactivated. You may do a “Reset Password” on Singpass portal to request for the new password to be generated to you. You may contact Singpass directly at support@singpass.gov.
