What would be the earliest and latest start date from the time of offer acceptance for successful candidates?

It depends on the urgency of the role, we are generally flexible on this front, and are happy to work out an amenable start date upon offer. We have started candidates within two weeks of offer acceptances, and have also waited three months whilst candidates served out their notice at their previous employment.
