Are interns given a chance for conversion to full-time?
Just curious if interns can be converted to full-timers.
Yes, though this is predicated on the availability of roles in the team. We assess interns on-the-job for whether they have the potential for full-time conversion and offer them a chance for a conversion interview if they are suitable.
To date, we’ve made quite a few conversion offers to interns, and many of our current team members used to be interns on the team
