Can I withdraw, defer, or request a refund?

If learners need to withdraw, defer, or request a refund, please notify us as soon as possible via go.gov.sg/obsenquiry. If learners wish to defer your enrolment, submit your request as early as possible. All requests will be assessed according to the learner contract and applicable deferment and refund policies. Learners will be informed of the decision and any applicable refund amount and processing timeline.
