What happens if my certificate expires?

Upon expiry, learners have a three-month grace period to complete recertification. Beyond this period, learners must retake the full course at their last held level. If learners have exceptional circumstances, learners may submit an appeal with valid justification through go.gov.sg/obsenquiry. This grace period is not an extension of the certification period itself, and you are not permitted to practice under your CCI certification until successful re-certification is completed
