How is the course structured and delivered?

The course runs over 6 full days in a sea and open water environment with waves of at least 0.5m. Training is delivered face-to-face and includes both indoor and outdoor components, using case studies, hands-on demonstrations, role-play, and simulated open water scenarios. The trainer-to-learner ratio is 1:6, and all courses are conducted by a Level 4 Coach or above.
