What are the pre-requisites for the course?

Participants must meet all of the following requirements: - Be at least 18 years of age - Hold a current 3 Star Kayaking Award or equivalent - Have attended a Sea Kayak Familiarisation Workshop or Session - Pass a pre-course skills verification demonstrating 3 Star competence - Present a logbook showing 10 open water journeys of at least 16km each, across 2 different sections of coastline, with at least 2 camp-outs
