Do I need to submit my logbook if I have fewer than 50 hours of experience?

Updated by OBSOUTDOORLEADERSHIP
Yes. Learners should submit their logbook regardless of the number of hours recorded. Their logbook helps us verify their experience and professional development activities, and is required for recertification and progression to higher certification levels. Keeping their logbook accurate and up to date is an important professional responsibility.
