Are there any height-based or high element activities included in the course?

There will be height-based activities during the course. Before students embark on the high rope courses, Instructors will teach the students about the equipment, proper techniques of belay and practice the different roles in the belay team.

Only when the team is competent, they will proceed to the high rope courses and apply the newly acquired skills.
