To prevent sunburn, parents can advise their child to apply sunscreen with a high SPF before going outdoors, and to reapply it regularly throughout the day. Students should also wear a wide-brim hat and sunglasses to protect their face and eyes from the sun.

Additionally, students should wear lightweight, long-sleeved clothing to cover their skin and avoid direct exposure to the sun during peak hours. It is also important for students to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
