Projects will be assessed based on their merits and alignment with the funding criteria. If approved, it will be on a cost-sharing basis, up to 80% of the total project supportable expenditure or up to the approved grant amount, whichever is lower, with the condition that the NYF grant goes towards offsetting the project deficit.
