  2. Social Service Agencies (SSAs)

  3. Social Enterprises (SEs), whose business or key initiatives are primarily focused on engaging and developing youths

  4. Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs)

  5. Youth leaders who have a strong track record of community involvement. Applicants must be Singaporeans/Singapore Permanent Residents aged between 15 and 35 years

*All organisations must be registered in Singapore
