GetActive! SG Heartland Festivals tickets are strictly NOT FOR SALE and should not be purchased through unauthorised channels, as this poses a high risk of fraud or scams. Tickets obtained from such sources may be rendered void, and individuals holding such tickets may be denied entry to the venue. If you come across any unauthorised sale of tickets, please report it to the NDP 2023 committee or the relevant authorities.

The e-tickets email will be sent from the address ndp2023@klook.com and will inform you of the number of tickets and the day of Heartland Festival that you have successfully applied for. Additionally, the email will include PDF copies of the e-tickets.
Successful applicants will receive their e-tickets within 2-3 working days. Please make sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folders for an email sent from ndp2023@klook.com. The e-tickets contain a QR code that grants entry and allows for NDP Pack redemption. It is important to note that the QR code can only be redeemed once, so sharing the e-tickets with multiple recipients is strongly discouraged.

Unfortunately, no appeals are allowed. In addition to the GetActive! Singapore Heartland Festivals, there are various National Day-related activities that are open to the public. These activities include the fireworks display on 9 August 2023, which will be held at the five heartland sites. The Republic of Singapore Air Force will also perform the RSAF55 Island Flypast in the vicinity of the heartland sites.
