The e-tickets email will be sent from the address [email protected] and will inform you of the number of tickets and the day of Heartland Festival that you have successfully applied for. Additionally, the email will include PDF copies of the e-tickets.

Successful applicants will receive their e-tickets within 2-3 working days. Please make sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folders for an email sent from [email protected]. The e-tickets contain a QR code that grants entry and allows for NDP Pack redemption. It is important to note that the QR code can only be redeemed once, so sharing the e-tickets with multiple recipients is strongly discouraged.
