Attendees are advised to bring along a hat/cap and their own water to ensure they stay hydrated throughout the event. Tentage and fans will be set up at certain areas to ensure shelter and ventilation. If feeling unwell, PA volunteers and first-aiders at the Heartland Celebrations sites are available to guide and aid attendees to the on-site medical facility for necessary medical attention.
